On 17 March 2021, partners Paddy Behan and Paul Twydell joined 11 other top professionals to examine the development of a business in a post-Brexit world.

Paddy discussed both EU and UK post-Brexit VAT and customs duty issues for cross border sales of the current business.

Paul looked at EU and UK Research & Development incentives as well as the exit tax on the transfer of part of the business to the UK and understanding SEIS/EIS rules and disqualifying issues.
