We took part in a virtual roundtable with Memery Crystal LLP on 29 September 2020, discussing a variety of key topics relating to employee incentivisation from a commercial, tax and legal perspective.

We also considered the evolving issues arising from the new business environment during and post-pandemic restrictions. Other topics covered included employee incentivisation, employee ownership trusts and the impact of the pandemic on tax and broader accounting.
