Welcome to our Breakfast Seminar on 23rd February 2017.

The Financial Reporting Council published a new financial reporting framework in 2015. The most significant change was the introduction of the Financial Reporting Standard 102 (“FRS 102”) which was the new standard that replaced the UK Generally Accepted Accounting Practice.

FRS 102 was introduced to bring UK accounting standards more in line with International Financial Reporting Standards.

On initial implementation it only affected larger entities but it now applies to all entities other than those classified as Micro.

In order to keep you up to date with the developments and how this could affect your business, we are holding a breakfast seminar on Thursday 23rd February 2017 where Mike Ulrich, a renowned lecturer in Accounting and Technical matters, will go through and discuss FAQ’s and Case Studies arising following the introduction of FRS 102.
