Join Simmons Gainsford for this webinar led by our very own Peter Langridge who will be providing a general overview of the Statutory Residence Test.

Despite being in statute for over 10 years, there are common themes and pitfalls to be aware of and so this promises to be an invaluable session for individuals who are unsure as to how the Statutory Residence Test may impact them due to living or working outside of the UK.

Peter will consider the ‘split year’ provisions for those who are either leaving the UK or returning part way through a tax year and possible tax planning routes. We will also briefly discuss the related points arising from the Chancellor’s Autumn Statement announcements.

We expect the presentation to last approximately 45 minutes and will allow some time for questions.
