On 2 and 3 February 2021, Grant Jones of Simmons Gainsford Gibraltar presented at the Virtual Fraud Conference.

Alongside Josh McDougall (Associate Managing Director, Cyber Risk – Kroll), “A Novice’s Guide to Seizing and Selling Digital Assets” aimed to demystify digital assets and provide an overview of what they are and how they can be seized and sold.

It also highlighted some of the challenges faced by practitioners in seizing digital assets and what recovery might look like in future.
