A Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser with over 20 years’ experience in the profession, I joined Simmons Gainsford in November 2020 from a top 25 firm. I head up the firm’s Corporate Tax team, dealing with corporation tax compliance and advisory matters.

I specialise in the creative, media and technology sector as well as property and some of my key specialisms have been advising on the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS), employee share scheme matters such as the Enterprise Management Scheme (EMI) and also Research and Development tax relief. Before specialising in corporation tax, I was a general accountant for five years and as such feel able to advise clients both in relation to accounting and tax matters, as well as considering the commercial implications of transactional activities beyond their tax impact.
