About Simmons Gainsford

We will provide you with a comprehensive training programme, setting you at the first stage of your career. As a Trainee you will enjoy early responsibility and a closer relationship with your clients than might be the case in a larger firm.  In return, we expect our trainees to have a mature attitude who can combine rigorous technical expertise with a genuine interest and understanding of their clients’ businesses.

Your work will be reviewed regularly and you will have the opportunity to discuss your progress and training needs with your Manager and Member.  Responsibility will be increased as you take on more challenging assignments, including supervising team members junior to you. As we are a member of the HAT Group of Accountants (one of the country’s leading training and technical organisations), you will gain the best support training to become confident in both your technical and interpersonal skills when advising clients.

If you are ambitious, enthusiastic and looking to begin an exciting and challenging new career in a supportive environment, then we look forward to hearing from you!
