Graduates and School leavers

We are proud to work closely alongside the HAT Group of Accountants to offer Trainee Programmes which begin in January and August each year. We will welcome you whether you are a Graduate wishing to study for the ACA or a school-leaver wishing to study for the AAT.

HAT are accepting applications for our August 2023 intake. If you meet the academic criteria set out below, send your CV and supporting statement to anna@hatgroup.co.uk quoting reference ‘SG’. If successful, HAT will then require you to complete their online application form.

ACA Criteria

You will need at least 5 GCSEs (grade 9-4) including at least a level 6 in Mathematics and 5 in English, 120 UCAS Tariff points or equivalent plus an expectation of at least a 2.1 degree classification in any discipline, with consistently strong module results throughout your degree. (The UCAS Tariff points are achieved from your top three A-levels or equivalent, excluding General Studies, EPQ and Critical Thinking, completed in the same academic year.).

AAT Criteria

You will need 112 UCAS tariff or equivalent – minimum requirements, plus a grade 4 or above in GCSE English Language and Mathematics (or equivalent) for school and college leaver roles.
