A former director of a building company filed a petition alleging unfairly prejudicial conduct against him as a minority shareholder. This related to conduct which occurred after he had retired as a director but whilst he remained a shareholder. Defence costs paid under the policy were £268,745 with a settlement amount of £194,517.
