The legal liability of a company to third parties who have suffered a financial loss as a result of a negligent error, act or omission or misstatement of the insured is provided by this cover.

Cover is provided up to a set limit of indemnity either on any Any one claim basis, or In the annual aggregate. Legal defence costs can be either in addition or included in the limit of indemnity.
