I have been Service Manager at Simmons Gainsford Credit Management for 7 years and am responsible for our performance for all of our clients. This equates to ensuring invoices valuing over £250 million per annum are paid promptly and happily.
Prior to joining Simmons Gainsford Credit Management I was Customer Services Manager at Zurich Insurance. I was involved in transitions for Zurich during which time I worked in central eastern Europe, finally settling in Krakow. My experience in customer service served as an excellent platform for development as Services Manager where I am responsible for the performance of Credit Control Service for over 40 clients. I am also an active member of the Institute of Credit Management.
