I joined the firm in June 2020, bringing with me a wealth of experience from both the private and public sectors, as well as practice. Prior to this, I was the Payroll Manager for Sussex Police, overseeing large-scale payroll operations.
In my current role, I manage the PayAssist team, ensuring the smooth delivery of payroll services to a diverse client base. My experience spans payrolls of all sizes – from a single employee to organisations with over 24,000 staff – giving me a deep understanding of payroll legislation and the complex challenges the field can present.
I am a full member of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) and lead the Sumer Payroll Managers group, staying actively connected within the industry and contributing to professional dialogue and development.
