Our client base is diverse and includes media, entertainment, retail, property, hospitality, manufacturing and recruitment as well as regulated sectors such as solicitors, charities and financial services. Our remit is to solve problems and create solutions so the compliance work - such as audits and tax returns – is complemented by creative business and strategic planning.

We offer CPD training throughout the year:  it’s important that our clients receive the most up to date and relevant advice, and it’s just as important to us that our staff are continuously learning so they are empowered by their knowledge. With regular team briefings, there is always the opportunity for individuals to suggest any ad hoc courses.

With 12 Partners, we have grown steadily but not to an extent that we don’t know one another. We’re not going to deny it’s a demanding environment and, whilst we don’t have a late hours’ culture, there are occasions when we have to work a little bit longer to finish a job but we enjoy what we do, we love being challenged and we are always striving to improve.

We always try to keep everyone updated with regular team briefings, quarterly staff meetings and our monthly newsletter is great for sharing knowledge!

Our London office is walking distance of Oxford and Regent Street so we’re spoilt for shops and places to eat. If you fancy eating al fresco, you can relax in the historic Cavendish Square.
