We offer CPD training throughout the year: it’s important that our clients receive the most up to date and relevant advice, and it’s just as important to us that our staff are continuously learning so they are empowered by their knowledge. With regular team briefings, there is always the opportunity for individuals to suggest any ad hoc courses.
With 11 Partners, we have grown steadily but not to an extent that we don’t know one another. We’re not going to deny it’s a demanding environment and, whilst we don’t have a late hours’ culture, there are occasions when we have to work a little bit longer to finish a job but we enjoy what we do, we love being challenged and we are always striving to improve.
We are a sociable bunch: as well as our Firm-wide Summer and Christmas events, we recently established a social committee to think of even more innovative ways to have fun.
