In 2001 I worked with a boutique training firm that specialised in supporting financial and professional services firms. I was initially responsible for business development but gradually moved into the design and delivery of sales coaching and training programmes.

In 2004 I established my own company which provides practical business development support. Over the last 15+ years I have worked as a business development consultant focusing on sales, account management and coaching to a variety of firms across several sectors, including: accountancy, legal, investment management, property and insurance.
