I am proud to be Chartered Insurance Broker with over 25 years’ experience in the UK insurance industry. My experience ranges from designing insurance programmes for FTSE companies to arranging cover for small limited companies and private clients.

I have over 17 years’ experience in the financial services sector, mainly providing administrative support at Director level.
In 2021 I was proudly promoted to Operations Manager whereby my role entails the day-to-day running of company operations, ensuring smooth delivery of service feeds through to our clients.
I have over 30 years’ of insurance broking and underwriting experience in the commercial SME and personal lines space.
I aim to bring a client centric focus to my work having worked for large insurers as well as smaller broking houses.
I have spent over 40 years in the insurance industry, initially 4 years with an insurer and subsequently in the broking sector.
I have accumulated a wide knowledge of many forms of personal lines insurance particularly in the High-Net-Worth market as well as other classes of home and property insurance.

With 11 years spent in the insurance broking industry, I have spent the last 6 years dealing solely with commercial claims.
I liaise with insurers and loss adjustors and attend client sites when necessary in event of a loss. I work from initial notification through to final settlement of a claim in order to achieve the best possible outcome for my clients.
I pride myself on my attention to detail and tenacity in dealing with the grey areas when they arise, to best effect.
